My entry for the Devious Dreams Competition: --------------------------------------------------------- The Spirit of the Camino My overall goal is to create a short 2D animated film about the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in Spain. The Camino is a medieval pilgrimage where one walks almost 9000km from the French border to the western coast of Spain. It has the reputation of being both physically demanding, and 'magical' where people go to 'find themselves'. In 2017, Me, a 24 y/o Australian girl, with basic Spanish skills and a serious medical condition, managed to complete this pilgrimage. I want to share my story of this trail to inspire

Today I found this link and video introducing new users to dA. For you readers, it may not seem like such a big deal, especially if you're on dA everyday like me, however I remember the first time I came across the website DeviantArt. (I used to be on theotaku.com) It was a hug overwhelming web space full of artwork that changed all the time, and somehow everyone seemed to have an account. For someone visiting the site for the first time, I was frustrated that so many people had an account, but I could even figure out what the website was for, and what was the point of it.
